Engaging Future Leaders in Sustainability and Energy

We were pleased to host recent Open Days at our Rome and Milan offices, where students from #LUISSUniversity in Rome and Bocconi, 3Cattolica, and Politecnico di Milano in Milan joined us to learn more about Enfinity Global’s commitment to a sustainable future and our Graduate Program.
At our Rome office, students engaged in insightful discussions with Alessandro Ceschiat, General Manager Italy, and Agnese Ratzenberger, Public Affairs Director, who shared their expertise and leadership vision with the next generation of talent. This event marked the successful launch of our Graduate Program initiative.

In Milan, students explored critical themes such as sustainability and energy and discussed the challenges and opportunities of renewable energy in today’s world. We extend our gratitude to Daniele Angelini, Laura Pibiri, Michele Vadora, and Guglielmo Novi for their active participation and contributions to this important event. Special thanks also to Alessandra Capozza, our Talent Specialist in Italy, for her dedication in organizing these impactful days.

This Open Day initiative will be held in all regions where Enfinity Global operates, welcoming bright, motivated students around the world who are eager to make a difference in the energy sector.
