
As CEO, Carlos has overall responsibility for the company’s operations and leads the development of Enfinity’s short- and long-term strategy. He has over 30 years of global leadership experience. Over the past 15 years, he has raised and participated in raising more than $20 billion in capital and developed 15 GW of renewable assets at various stages and structures, from greenfield development to M&A of RTB portfolios.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Carlos co-founded ieX Renewables, LLC, which by 2015 was underwriting over 2 GW of renewable assets. From January 2014 to November 2015, he served as President and CEO of TerraForm Power, Inc. and TerraForm Global, Inc. Carlos led the formation of both companies and their successful IPOs in 2014 and 2015, respectively. During his leadership, TerraForm Power became the largest yieldco in North America, with 2.8 GW of contracted PPAs and dividend-per-share growth of 1.7x from the IPO.
He joined SunEdison, Inc. in September 2007 as CFO and investor to take the company public. In January 2009, the Board appointed him COO, and in November 2009, he oversaw the sale of SunEdison to MEMC Electronics. He then became EVP of MEMC and President of SunEdison, Inc., growing the company globally from 40 MW of origination per year to over 1 GW per year, with a contracted backlog exceeding 1.5 GW. In March 2013, he was named President of SunEdison Capital and became a founding partner at EverStream Capital.
Before joining SunEdison, Carlos spent 15 years at General Electric (GE), where he held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Universal Pictures International Entertainment.
Carlos holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

As CEO of the Americas and Global Head of Capital, Ricardo has overall responsibility for defining and executing strategy, operations, and business expansion across the Americas. In addition, he leads the company’s global capital formation efforts, defining and implementing Enfinity’s financing strategy.
Ricardo is a seasoned global leader with over 25 years of experience in sustainable infrastructure equity investments across North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. He has raised over $12 billion in capital and developed 10 GW of renewable energy assets through both greenfield development and M&A. He brings extensive experience in investment, operations, and asset management, along with a passion for building cohesive, multidisciplinary, multi-country, and high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Ricardo was a founding member of Cubico Sustainable Investments, where he served as Managing Director, Head of the Americas, and member of the Executive Committee. He helped create a multi-billion-dollar global renewable energy platform with over 4 GW in operation and a presence in 13 countries. He oversaw strategy, investment, origination, and overall management of the business across the Americas, including the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Uruguay, and Colombia.
Before that, he worked as Managing Director and Head of Principal Investments in Europe for Banco Santander, where he managed proprietary capital investments exceeding $1.5 billion in renewable energy, transportation, and water.
Ricardo holds a BA in Economics from Vigo University, an MBA from London Business School, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School.

As CEO of Europe, Julio oversees the company’s operations and business development across several European markets, including Italy, the UK, and Spain. In addition, in his role as Chief Growth Officer, he leads Enfinity’s global expansion strategy into new countries, markets, and technologies.
Julio is a renewable energy executive with over 15 years of experience across multiple regions and company profiles, including wind and solar developers, utilities, and IPPs. He has a successful track record of 10 GW in project development and 4 GW in acquisitions, corporate and project finance, and PPA structuring.
Throughout his career, Julio has demonstrated strong expertise in opening new countries and market niches, including private PPAs, energy sales management, and energy storage.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Julio worked for Canadian Solar as Global Vice President and General Manager for EMEA. Previously, he was Head of Business Development, Engineering, and Construction at GPG.
In 2011, he played a key role in SunEdison’s expansion into Latin America, where he was responsible for project development, M&A, and PPA negotiations. In 2014, he joined the TerraForm Group as Director for Latin America, actively participating in the IPO processes of TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global, and overseeing asset purchase transactions in the region.
He began his professional career at Aguirre Newman – Savills, where he served as Director of Valuations in Barcelona.
Julio holds degrees in Business Administration and Law from Pompeu Fabra University and completed postgraduate studies in Financing and Investment in Renewable Energies at the IEB.

As General Manager for Italy, Alessandro has overall responsibility for origination, real estate management, and public affairs, with the ultimate objective of executing Enfinity’s 4.6 GW portfolio of projects in Italy.
He has over 14 years of management experience in the renewable energy sector and a proven track record of more than 1 GW of projects developed, financed, and interconnected across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa.
Prior to joining Enfinity, from 2015 to 2018, Alessandro worked as an independent advisor for various clients, including Gildemeister Energy Solutions GmbH, overseeing the legal, strategic, financial, and commercial aspects of implementing cutting-edge renewable energy solutions worldwide. In addition, he led the greenfield development of a portfolio exceeding 200 MW of solar PV projects in Italy.
From 2013 to 2015, Alessandro served as General Manager for Europe at SunEdison, Inc., where he established the brand as a recognized market leader with more than 500 MW interconnected in the UK alone. His achievements in public relations and lobbying were instrumental in the adoption of key industry regulations.
From 2008 to 2013, he held the position of EMEA Legal Counsel at SunEdison, where he managed strategic and financial advisory assignments and executed a range of M&A transactions involving valuation, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
Before joining SunEdison, from 2007 to 2008, Alessandro served as Director of the Legal Department at Conergy in Italy. His in-depth knowledge of industry regulations and success in building strong partnerships contributed to the development of innovative greenfield projects in the country’s renewable energy market.
Alessandro is a qualified lawyer in Italy and holds a Law Degree from the University of Milan.

As CEO of India, Sandip oversees the overall strategy, development, and operations of the company in India.
He has over 17 years of experience in infrastructure development, financing, and management, including more than a decade in leadership roles. Sandip also brings strong international experience, having managed projects in Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Enfinity, Sandip co-founded TEPSOL Projects Private Limited, an India-focused solar platform majority-owned by EverStream Capital. As CEO, he successfully built a high-performing team and led the company in developing and commissioning 120 MWp of solar projects, in addition to building a pipeline exceeding 500 MW. Under his leadership, TEPSOL received several industry accolades and awards.
Before co-founding TEPSOL, Sandip led the development, financing, and management of renewable projects in India, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom for a major Indian group.
He has been associated with several sector-first achievements, including: Developing, financing, and building one of India’s first utility-scale PV projects in Tamil Nadu (funded through grants from the IFC);Developing, financing, and building one of Italy’s largest greenhouse PV projects, a pioneering initiative that combines sustainable farming practices with renewable energy generation.
Throughout his career, Sandip has developed more than 3 GW of renewable energy projects across multiple countries and led transactions that raised over $500 million in capital — both equity and debt — from leading investors.
With a strong commitment to sustainability and demonstrated leadership, Sandip has received numerous accolades and awards over the course of his career.
He holds an MBA in Finance and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Domingo is responsible for managing Enfinity’s global financial activities.
He has nearly 30 years of experience working with international businesses, having held senior finance roles across multiple industries, including healthcare, technology, media and entertainment, and financial services. His international background spans regions such as APAC, EMEA, North America, and Latin America.
Before joining Enfinity Global, Domingo served as Group Head of Internal Audit and Group Head of Finance Transformation at Synlab International, a leading clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services provider.
His extensive career also includes CFO positions at companies such as Applus RTD, Planctonid E (Biotech), Wari Groupe (FinTech), Waygate Technologies (formerly part of GE), and Global Banking CAMGE. Notably, he spent 18 successful years at General Electric (GE), serving in various leadership positions across GE Capital, GE Healthcare, GE NBC Universal, and GE Oil & Gas.
Domingo holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE (Madrid, Spain) and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (Arizona, USA), underscoring his strong academic foundation and commitment to continuous learning.

As Head of Global Operations, Hans drives the efficient deployment of Enfinity’s portfolio, optimizing processes to ensure scalability and enable future growth.
With over 25 years of experience in general management, operations, sales, innovation, and sustainability, Hans brings extensive expertise and a global perspective to Enfinity Global.
He joined Enfinity from Acerinox, a global leader in stainless steel manufacturing, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he managed over 8,000 employees across global operations and contributed to annual sales exceeding $8.6 billion.
Previously, Hans served as Chief Global Manufacturing Officer at Cooper Standard, a publicly listed automotive company, where he oversaw 80 manufacturing facilities worldwide and led a team of more than 25,000 employees.
Hans’s career also includes key leadership roles at multinational corporations such as Saica, Johnson Controls (now Adient), and Webasto. His broad experience across industries has equipped him with a deep understanding of global markets in both B2B and B2C environments.
Throughout his international career, Hans has worked in the United States, Spain, Italy, and Germany, gaining valuable cross-cultural and market insights. His ability to lead diverse teams and navigate complex business landscapes has been instrumental to his success.
Hans holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ICADE (Spain), an MBA in Sales and Marketing from IE University (Spain), and has completed the Chief Operating Officer Program at MIT xPRO (USA).

As Global Head of Asset Management, Mark plays a key role in shaping innovative, best-in-class solutions for Enfinity’s customers. He leads the design and implementation of scalable processes and systems that optimize portfolio performance and drive competitive advantages through AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Mark brings 18 years of diverse experience as an entrepreneur and executive leader across several high-growth technology sectors. His expertise spans distributed and centralized renewable energy, data centers, wireless technology, network security, and general aviation.
He has held multiple leadership roles in the solar energy industry, including serving as General Manager for Global Solar Solutions at Zeitview, a leading solar inspection company, where he scaled solar asset management operations.
Previously, Mark was CEO and Founder of Precision XYZ, a drone-based data service provider for solar energy assets. Under his leadership, the company transformed solar asset monitoring through drone technology, improving precision, efficiency, and data accessibility.
Mark began his career in the solar industry in 2006 at SunEdison, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and General Manager for Global Services. During this time, he pioneered several industry standards, including the establishment of the first 24/7 operations center, and grew the business from $20 million in assets to more than $1.5 billion by 2011.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) from Georgetown University, with a focus on International Economics.

As Chief of Staff & People Officer, Virginia is responsible for Enfinity’s global Marketing, Branding, and HR Strategy. She has more than 20 years of experience in international business, including over 15 years in leadership positions within the renewable energy industry.
Prior to joining Enfinity, from 2008 to 2016, Virginia held several leadership roles at SunEdison, Inc. Until 2014, she served as Head of Marketing for EMEA, Latin America, and North Asia. During that time, she laid the groundwork for SunEdison’s launch in Spain, Italy, the UK, and Latin America. Her work significantly contributed to establishing SunEdison’s position as a market leader in Italy and Latin America, where the company developed some of the industry’s most emblematic projects — including the Rovigo power plant in Italy and the Amanecer Solar CAP power plant in Chile. She was recognized with the Assorel Award for the “Best PR Campaign in the Energy Sector in Italy, 2010.”
From 2014 to 2016, as Global Head of Marketing for TerraForm Power, Inc. and TerraForm Global, Inc., she led the IPO communication campaigns for both companies.
From 2004 to 2008, Virginia served as Director of Marketing Iberia at Conergy AG, where she led the company’s marketing efforts in Spain and Portugal for the residential and commercial business under the SunTechnics brand.
She began her career in the PR and advertising sector, leading major campaigns for technology and industrial companies such as Cisco, ICL, Praxair, Next, and Apple in Europe.
Virginia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a PMD in International Business Administration from ESADE Business School and HEC Paris.

As Chief Legal Officer, Dan is responsible for shaping and executing Enfinity’s global legal strategy, managing legal and regulatory affairs, and supporting capital formation and strategic growth initiatives.
With over two decades of global legal and transactional experience, Dan is recognized for his pragmatic, business-aligned approach to legal strategy and his ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations with clarity and precision. He is a key advisor to the CEO and Board, and a driving force behind Enfinity’s mission to accelerate the global energy transition through innovation, integrity and operational excellence.
Before joining Enfinity Global, Dan was a private practice attorney for nearly 20 years with a focus on tax-sensitive investment and M&A transactions around the world, including the United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. Dan most recently served as a Partner at the law firm of Day Pitney LLP, where he was the Chair of the firm’s Public Companies, Securities, Tax and Benefits group and the Chair of the firm’s International Transactions group.
He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Joanna Iglesias is an accomplished legal executive with over two decades of experience in corporate law, M&A, and the renewable energy sector. She currently serves as General Counsel, Americas at Enfinity Global, where she leads legal strategy, supports the company’s growth across the region and oversees all legal aspects of the company's US operations. This includes managing corporate governance, leading complex transactions, negotiating key partnerships and ensuring seamless execution of large-scale renewable energy projects.
Prior to joining Enfinity, Joanna was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Sunnova Energy, following its merger with SunStreet Energy Group. She served as General Counsel of SunStreet Energy for nearly nine years, responsible for all legal matters from the company’s inception through the merger.
Earlier in her career, Joanna was a corporate partner at Bilzin Sumberg and began her legal journey as a transactional attorney at Greenberg Traurig.
Joanna holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.

As Head of Structured Finance for Americas, Jeff is responsible for the execution of project financings, refinancings and tax equity raises for Enfinity's projects in the region, as well as supporting M&A and capital formation activities more broadly.
Jeff has over 8 years of experience in renewables finance and execution, underwriting multi-regional GW scale transactions to acquire solar, wind, hydro and transmission assets across multiple countries. Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Jeff spent 6 years as a VP of Origination & Execution at Cubico Sustainable Investments, a direct investment platform of Ontario Teachers Pension Plan and PSP, combined c. $400bn of AUM, where he oversaw the launch of their US greenfield development strategy and growing the US portfolio to over 1 GW of construction and operational projects.
While at Cubico, Jeff worked across borders, investing in both the Latin American and US markets in wind, solar and other energy transition transactions.
Jeff holds a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

As Head of Capital Formation for the Americas, Eric is responsible for the execution of development and construction facilities to advance Enfinity's greenfield portfolio and capital rotation through selected sell-down transactions / programmatic partnerships.
Eric has over 10 years of M&A experience, having executed over $100 billion of corporate M&A and over 1 GW of renewable asset M&A. He started his career at UBS Investment Bank in New York and London, where he spent 5 years in the M&A team executing power, energy, and renewables transactions. Prior to joining Enfinity, he served as Chief Investment Officer of a $100M EPC / IPP platform.
Eric holds a BA in Plan II Honors / Spanish & Portuguese from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his JD from Harvard Law School.

As Head of M&A for the Americas at Enfinity Global, Daniel leads the execution of mergers and acquisitions while also supporting structured finance and capital formation initiatives.
With over 20 years of experience in sustainable infrastructure investment and M&A across Latin America and the U.S., Daniel has a proven track record of executing and financing several gigawatts of renewable energy asset transactions, as well as overseeing multi-billion-dollar investments in water and wastewater, and medical and hazardous waste projects.
Before joining Enfinity Global, Daniel spent seven years spearheading M&A efforts at Origis Energy, playing a key role in its growth into a leading clean energy developer and its transition into an independent power producer in the U.S. market.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Babson College, with concentrations in finance, economics, and entrepreneurship, and an MBA from the University of Miami.

As Head of Asset management for the Americas, Imanol leads the operations of Enfinity’ s assets.
Imanol brings over 15 years of global renewable asset management, operations and maintenance experience in Europe and North America with proven ability to safely maximize asset performance while building and growing high-performing teams.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of asset management including asset engineering, optimization, balance of plant maintenance, inventory management and optimization, strategic sourcing, contract management, facility management and technical training.
Prior to joining Enfinity, Imanol was Associate Vice President of Operations and Maintenance at Enel Green Power, where he was responsible for over 7 GW of operating assets in the US and Canada where he led a strategic growth and insourcing campaign in critical O&M services to achieve operational improvement and cost savings. Before that, Imanol led North American operations technical support for Acciona Energy, providing engineering and technical support to over 2GW of operating assets

Michael is a seasoned construction and engineering professional with over 28 years of experience leading complex, large-scale projects across the federal, state, and private sectors in the U.S. and internationally.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global in January 2025, Michael spent more than two decades at Conti Federal Services, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s strategic expansion into Europe and the Middle East. During his tenure, he held leadership positions in Business Development, Operations, Estimating, Risk Management, and Recruiting. He was directly involved in developing, pursuing, and estimating over $4.2 billion in global projects and executed more than $1.8 billion in EPC works, covering a wide range of infrastructure — including airports, roads, highways, bridges, levees, dams, barracks, hangars, runways, power plants, and solar projects.
Michael has successfully led and managed large, diverse construction teams in high-stakes environments, delivering results in locations such as New Jersey, New York, Texas, Louisiana, the Carolinas, Israel, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Poland, and Ghana. His ability to structure, recruit, train, and manage teams has been instrumental in delivering complex projects under challenging conditions.

As the US HR Business Partner at Enfinity Global, Georgianne is responsible for leading talent management strategies across the Americas, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Georgianne plays a key role in managing HR strategy for the Americas region, overseeing HR issues, performance management processes, and driving organizational change. With a global perspective, she collaborates with senior leadership to ensure that HR practices foster a high-performance culture and support the company’s international growth.
Previously, Georgianne held positions in HR at Schneider Electric and within the tech industry, where she worked closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies for business growth, succession planning, and employee engagement. Her experience also spans global mobility, labor law compliance.
Georgianne holds a Master of Science in Global Studies & International Relations from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. She is also a certified Global Mobility Specialist and Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma professional.

As General Manager of Enfinity Energy Europe, Alice leads the company’s long-term strategy for energy commercialization across European markets, overseeing the development of an integrated platform spanning energy trading, portfolio optimization, and retail energy supply. In this role, she is responsible for accelerating Enfinity’s positioning across the energy value chain, including PPAs, route-to-market solutions, cross-border trading, BESS optimization, and direct electricity sales to commercial, industrial and retail customers.
As Head of Energy Commercialization, Alice leads the definition of the company’s energy sales strategy and the structuring and execution of energy transactions for the global pipeline.
Alice is a professional with 18 years of presence in the energy sector and extensive experience in energy trading, origination and structuring.
During her career, Alice has proved solid skills in originating, structuring and executing complex deals on niche products such as EUAs and PPAs.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Alice worked for Canadian Solar as Associate Director Energy and Assets Management, where she led the execution of 6 long term PPAs in Italy.
Previously, she was Head of Origination and Carbon Trading and Strategy Committee Member at EcoWay, one of the first carbon trading companies in Europe, where she played a key role in the company’s growth, managing the execution of around 1.4 Billion € of transactions in 2014.

Currently serving as Head of Structured Finance for Europe at Enfinity Global, Carlos
leads Structured Finance and financial analysis across the region.
With over 17 years of experience in Structured Finance and M&A, in energy and infrastructure sectors, Carlos has a proven track record of delivering strategic value through complex financial transactions. Combining an engineering background with deep financial expertise, he has successfully executed cross-border Project Finance and M&A deals, raising approximately €2 billion in debt and investing over €1 billion in equity.
Prior to his role at Enfinity Global, Carlos served as VP of Structured Finance at Sonnedix, where he played a pivotal role in capital and debt structuring, completing several greenfield and brownfield transactions.
Previously, Carlos held senior roles at Globalvia Inversiones, where he led landmark transactions such as Globalvia’s first investment in the U.S. market, with a total value exceeding $600 million including 300M€ private bonds placement.
His ability to structure and close high-value deals, optimize investment strategies, and negotiate with key stakeholders has been a consistent driver of success throughout his career.

As Head of Capital Formation for Europe, Amadeu is responsible for executing Enfinity’s capital raising activities across the region, including capital raises, equity sales, partnerships, junior financings, and structured finance. He also chairs the European Investment Committee.
Amadeu is an energy transition executive with over 12 years of experience across multiple regions, with a strong focus on the financial side. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated solid expertise in investments, fundraising, and scaling companies within the energy transition sector.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Amadeu served as Investment Director at Plenium Partners, a Southern European private equity firm with approximately €7.0 billion in assets under management focused on energy transition. During his tenure, he originated and executed investments exceeding €3.0 billion and raised approximately €1.5 billion in debt and equity. Over his eight years at Plenium Partners, Amadeu played a key role in transforming the firm from a pure renewables investor into a broader energy transition investor and fund manager, increasing assets under management by sevenfold.
Previously, he spent two years at RWE, where he held various roles within the Southern Europe renewables asset management team.
Amadeu holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

As General Manager for Operations, María is responsible for the execution of our portfolio in Europe including Technical Development, Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
María is accountable for the execution of projects from FNTP to COD. This includes, design of interconnection solutions, project engineering, coordination of all pre-construction activities, procurement of major equipment and construction partners, final approvals, and coordination of all construction activities to ensure that projects are interconnected on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. She is also involved in incorporating the latest technologies into each project to optimize production and reduce costs, ensuring timely project delivery.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, she worked as Technical Director at Vector Renewables, advising on engineering and construction processes of hundreds of GW in solar projects in Europe, Latin America, and Africa.
María also worked for Gamesa for 8 years as a Development Engineer and Project Manager.
Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Antonio Nebrija, and a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energies and Environment from Universidad Politecnica of Madrid (Spain).

As Head of Asset Management Europe, Maurizio has the responsibility to "own and operate" the renewable assets and BESS owned by Enfinity in Europe. Thanks to his 25 years of experience in the energy & infrastructure industry. Maurizio coordinates the European team than ensures safe and compliant operations of the asset, manages the whole scope of Project Contracts (incl. O&M), monitors and optimizes technical performance, and provides settlement of all energy management activities.
Prior to joining Enfinity, Maurizio served for 8 years in BKW AG, the Swiss listed utility, where he entered after the acquisition by BKW of Proxima, the Independent Service Provider (ISP) he co-founded back in 2012. His most recent responsibility in BKW was as European Head of Technical and Commercial Managament (TCM) Services, where he contributed to growing Europe-wide the Assets Under Management from 0,5 to 2 GW.
He started his career in Pirelli as international M&A officer, worked in business development and strategy/M&A at Edison, and was part of the founding team and shareholder of Dynameeting, the first Italian energy “retailer”. He then re-joined Pirelli in their renewables' arm, in “waste to energy” first, and then as Pirelli Solar Utility COO. He set-up and lead the Italian investment activities of RenGen, a UK fund focusing on PV assets; then he co-founded Proxima, eventually bought by BKW..
Maurizio is a promoter of the Topic Energy & Utilities within the Alumni Community of Bocconi University, where he graduated with full marks and honour and was also an energy research fellow. He attended courses as well at Johns Hopkins University. He is member of the Italia Decide think tank, promoting closer cooperation among Public Administrations and private enterprises. He is a dual Italian / Swiss citizen, and proud father of three adult children.

As Head of Business Development, Paola drives the strategic expansion and growth of the company’s
renewable energy portfolio. She is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from early-stage
greenfield developments to codevelopment initiatives, ensuring that all projects navigate the permitting
process successfully and reach the crucial milestone of obtaining the main Building Permit. Paola manages
critical relationships with key external stakeholders, including local authorities and project partners, to
ensure seamless project execution.
With over 17 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Paola has an extensive track record of
developing more than 1.5 GW of photovoltaic (PV) and wind projects across Germany and various LATAM
countries.
Her background also includes actively contributing to M&A transactions, where she has been instrumental
in driving strategic deals that accelerate growth and market penetration.
Before joining Enfinity, Paola was Managing Director of Iberdrola Deutschland’s Onshore Business, where
she successfully established and led the team from 2019 to 2024, growing the company’s portfolio and
securing a pipeline of over 1.5 GW in wind and PV projects. Paola has also held senior roles at Iberdrola,
where she served as a Senior Investment Analyst at the CEO Staff Office and as Senior Manager of Auction
Strategy, gaining deep expertise in market dynamics and competitive auction strategies.
Paola holds an MBA from Strathclyde and Comillas Business Schools and a M.Sc. & B.Sc. in
Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Comillas (ICAI),

As Head of European Funds, Francesco Cosulich is responsible for all debt and equity raising through dedicated funds and private markets solutions, as well as structuring activities throughout the lifecycle of all Enfinity projects.
Francesco has over 20 years of experience in fundraising and managing private equity, private debt, and infrastructure funds, with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Francesco served as Head of Institutional Relations and Partnerships in Southern Europe for Aberdeen Standard Investments. He led several global initiatives, including the setup of a €1 billion private equity fund in partnership with one of Europe’s largest family offices, and a €3 billion pan-European debt platform created with one of the continent’s leading banks.
From 2008 to 2017, he worked as Head of Southern Europe for AMP Capital, where he led and participated in multiple landmark transactions — including CLH, Angel Trains, Alpha Trains, Newcastle Airport, Great Gabbard OFTO, Cyclone Wind Farm, and Axion — representing more than $5 billion in combined equity and debt investments.
Throughout his career, Francesco has built strong relationships with institutional partners and engaged at government level with key stakeholders in the industry.
Francesco holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Commerce from the University of Venice (Italy).

As CEO India, Sandip oversees overall strategy, development and operations of the company in India.
He has over 17 years of development, financing and management experience in the infrastructure sector with more than a decade of leadership experience. Sandip also has a strong international experience with projects in Italy, Germany and UK.
Prior to joining Enfinity, Sandip co-founded TEPSOL Projects Private Limited, an India focused solar platform, majority owned by EverStream Capital. As CEO, he successfully built an unparalleled team and led the company in the development and commissioning of 120MWp of solar projects apart from developing a pipeline of over 500 MW. Under his leadership, TEPSOL received various industry accolades and awards.
Prior to co-founding TEPSOL, Sandip has led the development, financing, and management of renewable projects in India, Italy, Germany and United Kingdom for a large Indian Group.
He has been associated with several first in the sector:
- Developed, financed and built India’s one of the first utility scale PV project in TN (funded through grants from IFC);
- Developed, financed and built Italy’s one of the largest Greenhouse PV project, a unique development that combines sustainable farming practises with sustainable energy generation.
Over his career, Sandip has developed more than 3GW of RE projects in different countries and led transaction that has raised over $500 mn in capital, both equity and debt from marquee investors.
With strong commitment to sustainability and demonstrated leadership experience, Sandip has won several accolades and awards over his career.
He is an MBA graduate in Finance and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

Project Development, Radheshyam is responsible for project development, management, and technical aspects of solar power projects.
He has over 20 years of experience out of which 15 years were working on both grid-connected and off-grid solar projects, conducting site surveys, feasibility assessments, and solar resource analysis. His expertise is in project management, vendor development, and technical due diligence of solar projects.
Prior to Enfinity, he served as Chief Technical Officer at Think Energy, where he successfully developed a total of 13 solar power projects, amounting to 244MW in Karnataka and various projects in Maharashtra.
Prior to this, He was part of the Solar farm at Moser Baer Clean Energy Ltd. Where he managed the design and development of solar power plants in grid connected settings.
Radheshyam worked at ACME Tele Power Ltd, where he focused on evaluating feasibility and designing Solar, Wind, and Hybrid power solutions.
Prior to ACME, he worked with Conserv Systems Pvt. Ltd as an Energy Auditor, he conducted energy conservation projects and assessments.
He has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rajasthan.

Structured Debt, Naganath oversees the structured debt division for Enfinity, contributing to the growth and success of the organization in the Indian market
He has over 20 years of experience in the power generation, infrastructure, and consulting sectors
Prior to Enfinity, Naganath worked for TEPSOL Projects Ltd, as Assistant Vice President of Contracts & Project Finance. Assisted in financial appraisals, debt raising transactions. Managed processes related to project bidding, investment term sheets, agreements.
At Zeus Inframanagement Pvt Ltd, he served as an Executive Director (Operations) , where he led and participated in transactions raising equity and related investments from private equity investors, financial institutions, and government entities.
Prior to Zeus, Naganath was worked as Manager at Crisil Infrastructure Advisory, Involved in the implementation of power sector reforms for Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB), providing regulatory advice and assisted in preparing strategic business plans for newly formed distribution companies, ARR filings for restructured entities.
He began his career as a Consultant at KPMG Advisory Services. He was involved in implementing power sector reforms for distribution companies.
Naganath holds Master’s Degreee in Business Administration from Osmania University.

Operations, Sharath is responsible for managing Enfinity India,’s construction, Operations and maintenance and EPC. Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in managing diverse projects, including industrial buildings, dry docks, roads, bridges, and sewage treatment plants.
Additionally, He has made significant contributions to the renewable energy domain, personally overseeing the successful commissioning of over 975+ MW of ground-mounted and 25+ MW of rooftop solar projects.
Prior to joining Enfinity, Sharath worked with Belectric Photovolatic India Private, where he served as a Project Manager (Contracts) and later as Projects. During this period, he played a crucial role in executing and commissioning various solar power plants across India.
Prior to this, At Gammon Cooling Towers Limited, Sharath served as an Assistant Manager (Execution), Manager, and Senior Manager - Contracts. He took charge of several cooling tower and water treatment plant projects for esteemed clients, maintaining strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Sharath holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

Birendra leads the company’s PPA commercialization in India.
Prior to Enfinity, Birendra worked for JSW Energy, as Vice President of Business Development. He led open access development of wind/solar/hybrid in various Indian states; also development of wind projects in Srilanka, Green Hydrogen and downstream products in Oman
Prior to JSW, Hero Future Energies, he served as Business Head South Asia and US, In this role, he assumed P&L responsibility for renewable project development, developed international business strategies, and qualified project opportunities in targeted markets for investment.

Finance & Accounts, Suman oversees overall Accounting, Reporting & related compliance and Banking relations in India Region for 34 companies.
He has over 19 years of experience in the finance and accounting.
Prior to Enfinity, Suman worked with Amara Group, he served as a Corporate Finance and Treasury Head, he played a pivotal role in setting up a holding company and successfully implemented a financial KPI Dashboard for promoters.
Suman joined the Corporate finance team at Asian Genco Ltd, after Amara. He was involved in IFRS Reporting and ensuring accurate investors’ compliance.
Priori to this, Suman began his career in Finance and accounts with Price Water Coopers (PwC) in Hyderabad, where he worked in Assurance, conducting audits for prominent multinational companies such as GMR Group and Ascendas Group.
Academically, Suman is a certified Chartered Accountant. Additionally, He is also Certified Information Systems Auditor signifying proficiency in auditing and evaluating information systems for organizations.

As Legal Counsel, Partap he oversees company’s in-house and outside counsel, and manages all legal and regulatory affairs. Partap is a member of the Global Insurance Committee at Enfinity Global.
Partap brings over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs with various industries such as Infrastructure, Energy Corporate Finance/Capital markets.
Before joining Enfinity, Partap was Assistant Vice President Legal at ReNew Power.
In the Projects & Energy Industry, He has Provided legal counsel to various renewable energy companies, including Kiran Energy, Vikram Solar, KCT Renewables, Shruti Power, Helios Infra, SREI, Molagavalli, Emmvee, and others, on acquisitions and project development.
Pratap has provided legal counsel to Government of Delhi on skill development institute and assisted with the development of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial corridor.
Before that, he was Senior Associate at Hemant Sahai Associates, Prior to which he worked as an Associate at JSA and AZB & Partners.
Partap holds a Masters Degree in Law from University of Pennsylvania Law School and Bachelors Degree in Law from Symbiosis Society Law College. He is certified in Business Law from Wharton Business School.

As HR & Admin, Ratna is responsible for HR Strategy and administration of Enfinity India. She has 40 years of experience in HR.
Prior to Enfinity, Ratna worked with TEPSOL Projects Private Limited as Assistant VP – HR and Admin. She led the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems, policies and procedures. Actively promoted employee empowerment, motivation and teamwork.
Before TEPSOL, She served as General Manager at East Coast Energy Limited, where she managed smooth functioning of the MD’s secretrariat, and complete gamut of HR activities such as Employee hiring, Annual performance appraisal process, payroll processing etc.
At BPL, She was the Senior Manager, this role allowed her to establish vital connections with Indian financial institutions, State and Central Ministries and various international business associates. She worked closely with the Corporate HR team.
Prior to BPL, Ratna was part of the Transport Corporation of India Ltd., as a Junior Manager.
She holds a Bachelors degree from Osmania University.

As Head of Global Compliance & ESG for Enfinity Global, Todd leads the company’s global ethics, compliance, and ESG agenda across its international footprint, partnering with business and functional leaders to drive a culture of integrity and responsible growth.
His remit spans general regulatory compliance risk areas, including anti-corruption, third-party risk management, privacy/GDPR, cybersecurity, KYC & KYS due diligence, responsible supply chain, open reporting and hotline management, compliance governance, and enterprise-wide training and reporting frameworks.
Todd is a renewable-energy compliance leader with deep, hands-on experience building and scaling programs in complex, cross-border environments. Before joining Enfinity Global, he spent nearly 15 years in global compliance leadership roles across several General Electric businesses—GE Capital, GE Power, and GE Renewable Energy—and previously served seven years as European in-house counsel at Imation (a spin-off from 3M).
Todd also has expertise in investigations, M&A integrations, and embedding lean, practical controls in fast-moving operations.
He holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A. in Business & Political Science from Alma College. Based in the Netherlands for more than 28 years, he brings a distinctly international perspective to compliance and ESG stewardship.

As Global Communication and Sustainability Director, Juan Ignacio plays a key role in shaping Enfinity’s brand positioning and corporate reputation worldwide. He leads strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence across international markets, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects its vision and values. He is also responsible for internal communication, fostering employee engagement and alignment with the company’s mission.
In addition, Juan Ignacio drives the integration of sustainability into the company’s communication strategy, reinforcing Enfinity’s commitment to creating a positive impact aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, he worked as Director of Communication and Public Affairs at Lactalis Group for Spain, the world’s largest dairy manufacturer. Previously, he served as Head of Communication for EMEA and LatAm at SunEdison.
He began his professional career in communication consulting, working for nearly 15 years at leading firms such as LLYC and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, advising global companies. His experience spans international markets across Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
Juan Ignacio holds a Degree in Communication Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed a postgraduate program in Public Affairs Management at ICADE.

As Head of Capital Formation, Global Initiatives, Max leads cross-functional initiatives that expand Enfinity’s access to capital and enable the company’s next phase of growth. Working closely with the Global Head of Capital Formation, he focuses on new investor partnerships, funding platforms, and innovative capital solutions that support the company’s multi-GW renewable and next-generation infrastructure portfolio. Max also chairs the Americas Investment Committee and plays a key role in advancing capital formation for Enfinity’s expansion in Japan and the Americas.
A seasoned investment executive with over 15 years of experience in energy and infrastructure, Max brings a proven record of scaling global development platforms and securing institutional capital to accelerate the energy transition. Prior to joining Enfinity Global, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Investments at Amp Energy, where he ran the company’s global investment function, overseeing risk underwriting, capital allocation, and investment committee activities across North America, Europe, India, Japan, and Australia. Max also led the structuring and execution of over $1 billion in corporate and holding company-level equity and debt financings, helping transform Amp from a regional developer into a diversified, multi-billion-dollar global energy and digital infrastructure platform.
Throughout his career, Max has structured and executed transactions spanning solar, battery storage, and next-generation power-led data center assets, working with strategic investors, private equity sponsors, and global financial institutions. He has extensive experience in development financing, joint ventures, and project-level partnerships that enable scalable, capital-efficient growth.
Max holds an MBA from McGill University in Montreal and has lived and worked across North America, Europe, and Asia.

As Head of Process and Governance Americas & Global Capital, Pedro leads initiatives to streamline the Americas and Capital functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement supported by advanced tools and efficient processes.
Pedro is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of international experience in the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience working in multicultural and matrixed organizations, leading high-performance teams to achieve ambitious goals in complex environments. Pedro combines a results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and collaborative abilities.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, from 2008 to 2023, Pedro held several leadership positions at Banco Santander. Until 2015, as Executive Director in the CIB Division, he served as Chief of Staff for the European Credit Business and launched the new equity investing activity for the Asset & Capital Infra team by executing the Bank’s first two equity investments (+€50 million) in the water sector. As Managing Director, Pedro spent the following two years in the Finance Division, developing the capital and profitability reporting to the Santander Group Board and establishing the Group’s Capital Management Governance framework for all subsidiaries. Before that, within Santander Spain, he built the Market Intelligence team for the FP&A Group and co-led the ICAAP, AQR, and PPNR regulatory reporting exercises.
Pedro is a former McKinsey Consultant in the Madrid Office, where he worked for six years and became Head of the Information and Research Group in Iberia. Earlier in his career, he worked for two years in the Finance Department at Ferrovial and three years at the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX), including a two-year international assignment in Turkey.
Pedro holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from ICADE, an Executive Master in Marketing from IEDE, and has completed two Executive Banking Risk Programs at Deusto Business School.
