A 12-month rotational program in which participants will rotate between two departments in six month cycles. After that time, Enfinity will conduct the first performance review that may unlock the Impact Track, a high visibility project with executive sponsorship.

You will be asked a few thoughtful questions designed to explore how you approach challenges, express ideas, and connect your personal values to the work we do. It is not about having the “perfect” answer—it is about showing us who you are, how you think, and what drives you. This is also your chance to share what excites you about joining our mission and how you see yourself contributing to a more sustainable future.
Participate in a group case to evaluate some of the key skills we are looking for, including problem-solving, teamwork,innovation, and communication.
One or more conversations with the members of the departments you will work with to get a better understanding of the position and clarify doubts you may have.
Once you receive and accept the offer, you will access the onboarding portal to explore culture, connect with fellow joiners, and prepare for day one.
