As CEO, Carlos has overall responsibility for the company operations and leads the development of Enfinity´s short and long-term strategy. He has over 30 years of global leadership experience. Over the last 15 years, he has raised and participated in raising over $20 billion of capital and developed 15 GWs of renewable assets at various stages and structures from greenfield to M&A of RTB portfolios.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Carlos co-founded ieX Renewables, LLC, which by 2015 was underwriting over 2 GWs of renewable assets. From January 2014 to November 2015, he served as President and CEO of TerraForm Power, Inc. and TerraForm Global, Inc. Carlos led the formation of both companies and the successful IPOs in 2014 and 2015, respectively. During Carlos’ leadership TerraForm Power became the largest NA yieldco with 2.8 GW of contracted PPAs and dividends per share growth of 1.7x from the IPO.
He joined SunEdison, Inc. in September 2007 as CFO and investor to take the company public. In January 2008 the Board named Carlos COO and in November 2009, he oversaw the sale of SunEdison to MEMC Electronics. He then became EVP of MEMC and President of SunEdison, Inc. He grew the company globally from 40 MWs in 2008 of origination to 1 GW per year by 2012. In 2013 he became a founding partner at EverStream Capital Management where he incubated TerraForm Power and grew AUM to over $500M.
Prior to joining SunEdison, Carlos spent 15 years at General Electric (GE) in various senior executive leadership CFO roles.
Carlos holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

As COO, Francisco is responsible for the daily operation of the company to secure the functionality of business to drive Enfinity’s extensive and sustainable growth. Francisco has 30 years of International management experience, 15 of which focused on the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Enfinity he co-founded ieX Renewables, LLC, where he served as COO, overseeing all operational activities of the company. Prior to founding ieX Renewables, Francisco served on the Board of Directors of TerraForm Power, Inc. and TerraForm Global, Inc. where he also held executive positions as Executive VP and COO of both companies from 2013 to 2015. During this period, which included the successful IPO of both companies, he oversaw all operational activities of the companies, as well as portfolio acquisitions and integration. Francisco also served as COO of SunEdison, Inc. Before that, from 2008 to 2013,
Francisco served as President of EMEA, Latin America and North Asia at SunEdison, Inc. He was responsible for expanding company operations in the regions and for all the commercial, operations, financial and institutional functions of the company, developing, building and financing some of the most emblematic solar projects in the industry in those regions.
Prior to joining SunEdison, Inc., he served as CFO of Universal Pictures International Entertainment at GE/NBCUniversal from 1994 until 2008. During this period, he was part of the executive team that drove extraordinary growth at the company, taking revenues of $200 million to more than $1.7 billion and expanding the international footprint to over 70 countries.
Francisco holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid) and a BBA in Business Administration from Schiller International University, Paris.

As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Oliver is responsible for managing Enfinity’s financial activity around the world. He has over 20 years’ experience in energy, project development, financial management and business processes.
Prior to joining Enfinity, from 2016 to 2018 he served as FP&A Controller for EverStream Capital. Before that, he was VP of Finance and Operations for TerraForm Power, Inc. and TerraForm Global, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, where he was responsible for the validation of cash available for distribution of operating assets and future acquisition of assets, a critical valuation component in the IPOs of both companies.
From 2009 to 2014, he held various positions at SunEdison, Inc. As CFO for SunEdison North America, he supported the acquisition of SunEdison by MEMC in 2009, and from 2011 to 2014, as VP of Global Commercial Operations, he was responsible for the allocation of $500 million in annual project development capital.
From 2003 to 2009, Oliver held different finance leadership roles at General Electric, including VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at NBCUniversal (2007–2008) and CFO of Universal Pictures Japan (2008–2009).
He holds a BS in Finance & Accounting from the University of Colorado and completed coursework in Finance & Political Science from the London School of Economics.

As Head of Capital Markets, Peter is responsible for defining and executing on company’s funding strategy. Hennessy is also a Partner of Everstream Energy Capital Management LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in capital markets and renewable energy.
Peter led the firm’s investment in the Japanese market and started the Tokyo office, and has since led transactions that have raised over $1 billion in capital, both equity and debt. Prior to moving to Tokyo he led the firm’s largest investment in the United States, a $67m structured facility for late-stage development assets.
Prior to joining EverStream, Peter founded White River Solar, a solar developer that originated a 350MW portfolio of solar assets in California which were sold to SunEdison in 2011.
He was previously part of the Utility and Power Plants group at SunPower, where he worked on project financing, contracting, pricing, and system optimization for hundreds of MW across the US and internationally.
Prior to SunPower, he worked with Citi Alternative Investments platform Sustainable Development Investments on their lead investment of a $140 million in Solar Reserve, and with First Wind (then UPC Wind) on hedging and a successful $500m tax equity and debt financing.
Peter began his career in the Markets Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He has a B.A. in Economics with High Honors from Middlebury College, an M.A. in International Energy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School.

As Chief Growth Officer, Julio leads the company's global expansion strategy into new countries, markets and technologies.
Julio is a renewable energy executive with over 15 years of experience in multiple regions and different company profiles, including wind and solar developers, utilities, and IPPs. He has a successful track record of 10 GW in project development and 4 GW in acquisitions, corporate & project finance and PPA structuring.
During his career, Julio has proved solid skills in opening up new countries and market niches such as private PPAs, energy sales management or energy storage.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Julio worked for Canadian Solar as Global Vice President and General Manager for EMEA. Previously, he was Head of Business Development, Engineering and Construction at GPG (Naturgy + Wrenhouse – KIO)
In 2011, he played a key role in SunEdison's expansion into Latin America, where Julio was responsible for project development, M&A and PPAs negotiation. In 2014, he joined TerraForm Group as Director for Latin America, actively participating in the IPO process of TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global and being responsible for asset purchase transactions in Latin America.
He began his professional career at Aguirre Newman, where he held the position of Director of Valuations Barcelona.
Julio holds a degree in Business Administration and a degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University and completed postgraduate studies in Financing and Investment in Renewable Energies at the IEB (Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles).

As Chief of Staff, Virginia is responsible for the Marketing, Branding and HR Strategy of Enfinity worldwide. She has more than 20 years of experience in international business, 15 of which include leadership positions in the renewable energy industry.
Prior to joining Enfinity, from 2008 to 2016, she held different leadership positions at SunEdison Inc. Until 2014, she was Head of Marketing for EMEA, Latin America and North Asia. During that time, she laid the groundwork for the launch of SunEdison in Spain, Italy, the UK and Latin America. Her work made a significant impact on the positioning of SunEdison as a market leader in Italy and Latin America, where the company launched some of the industry’s most emblematic projects. Some of these include the Rovigo power plant in Italy and the Amanecer Solar CAP power plant in Chile. She was awarded with the Assorel Award for the “Best PR Campaign in the Energy Sector in Italy 2010”.
From 2014 to 2016, as Global Head of Marketing for TerraForm Power, Inc. and TerraForm Global, Inc., she led the IPO communication campaigns for both companies.
From 2004 to 2008, Virginia was Director of Marketing Iberia at Conergy AG, leading the company’s marketing efforts in Spain and Portugal for the Residential and Commercial business under the brand SunTechnics.
She began her career in the PR and advertising sector leading important campaigns for Information Technology and industrial companies such as Cisco, ICL, Praxair, Next and Apple in Europe.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a PMD in International Business Administration from ESADE Business School and HEC Paris.

As General Counsel and Secretary of Enfinity Global Inc., he oversees company’s in-house and outside counsel, and manages all legal and regulatory affairs.
Before joining Enfinity Global, Dan was a partner at the law firm of Day Pitney LLP, where he was the Chair of the firm’s Public Companies, Securities, Tax and Benefits group and the Chair of the firm’s International Transactions practice.
Dan’s experience includes structuring, negotiating and documenting business deals and investment transactions around the world, including corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; joint ventures; and capital formation. While he has worked across industries, he has specific experience working with renewable energy and infrastructure businesses as they pursue global growth. Dan has been involved in projects and transactions in many corners of the world, including the United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East.
Gottfried earned his B.A from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He has also served as an adjunct professor at this school of Law.

As CEO Americas, Ricardo has ultimate responsibility for defining and executing the region’s strategy and business expansion in US, Canadian and Latin American markets.
Ricardo is a seasoned global leader who brings over 20 years of experience in sustainable infrastructure equity investments in North America, Latin America and Europe. He has raised over $10 billion of capital (equity, debt and tax equity) and developed 5 GWs of renewable energy assets, both greenfield and M&A. He has global operational and asset management experience with long-term asset ownership, as well as a passion for building cohesive multidisciplinary, multi-country, high-performance teams.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Ricardo was a founding member of Cubico Sustainable Investments, where he served as Managing Director, Head of Americas and member of the Executive Committee, creating a global renewable energy platform of over 4 GW with presence in 13 countries. He was in charge of strategy, investment, origination and overall management of the business across the Americas, including the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Uruguay, Peru and Colombia.
Before that, he worked as Managing Director and Head of Principal Investment in Europe for Banco Santander, where he managed proprietary capital investing in excess of $1.5 billion equity in renewable energy generation assets, transportation and water.
As well as holding a BA in Economics, Ricardo has an MBA from London Business School and has completed executive education studies at Harvard Business School.

As Head of Europe, José oversees overall operations and business development of the company in several European markets. He has over 25 years of International management experience in the financial and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, he oversaw the global operations of SunCo Capital and had overall responsibility for origination, operations and asset management. During that period, he successfully developed 2 GWs of PV projects in Spain, Brazil, Italy and Chile. He was also responsible for aligning the development capital to support the company’s growth.
From 2009 to 2016, José was a main driver in the global expansion of SunEdison, Inc where he had a stellar and progressive track record. As President for EMEA and Latin America, he positioned the company as a market leader in the region by signing over 1.5 GW of bilateral PPAs and operating 1 GW of solar projects. In 2015, he became President of Global Asset Management and managed a global portfolio of 8 GW of solar PV and wind assets.
Prior to joining SunEdison, he had senior international financial positions at EMI Music, Universal Pictures and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
He holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration by Universidad Comercial de Deusto (Bilbao, Spain).

As CEO Japan, Shuichi oversees overall operations and business development of the company in Japan.
Shuichi has a wide variety of global business experiences across the five continents, specifically in the energy industry from upstream through downstream, in Power, Gas, LNG, Hydrogen, Fuel Cell and CO2 solutions, etc.
Prior to joining Enfinity Global, Mr. Kishida was President of SkippingStone Japan, a US-based global energy strategy consulting firm, where he advised industrial clients (logistics warehouses, semiconductors, data centers), the international business of Japanese utilities, as well as the entry of international companies into Japan's energy market.
Previously, he worked as Country Manager for the first international power retail company to enter Japan after the full liberalization of the market in 2016.
He started his career at Mitsubishi Corporation, where he held various positions for 27 years, including LNG export projects in North America.
Shuichi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Waseda University (Japan) and executive education from Harvard Business School (USA).

As CEO India, Sandip oversees overall strategy, development and operations of the company in India.
He has over 15 years of development, financing and management experience in the infrastructure sector and a solid International experience. Prior to joining Enfinity, Sandip co-founded TEPSOL Projects Private Limited, an India focused solar development platform, majority owned by EverStream Capital. As CEO, he successfully built an unparalleled team and led the company in the development and commissioning of 120MWp of solar projects apart from developing a pipeline of over 300 MW. Prior to co-founding TEPSOL, Sandip co-founded TEP Solar India Private Limited, a solar development platform majority owned by Think Energy Partners Solar India LLC. Under his leadership, Think Energy was awarded the Most Promising Energy Start Up 2018 by ASSOCHAM.
Prior to co-founding Think Energy Solar India, from 2009-2012, Sandip was instrumental in development, financing, and management of renewable projects in India, Italy, US, Germany and United Kingdom for a large Indian Group.
Sandip was conferred with Corporate Young Leader 2018 by PRCI, Young Energy Professionals 2018 by ASSOCHAM, Business Innovator 2019 by PRCI among other accolades.
He is an MBA graduate in Finance and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

As Head of European Funds, Francesco Cosulich is responsible for all debt and equity raising via dedicated funds and other private markets solutions, as well as structuring activities throughout the lifecycle of all Enfinity projects.
Francesco has over 20 years of experience in raising funds and managing private equity, private debt and infrastructure funds, with a specific angle on the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Enfinity, Francesco was Head of Institutional Relations and Partnerships in Southern Europe for Aberdeen Standard Investments. He led several global projects, including the setup of a €1 bn Private Equity fund in partnership with one of the largest European family offices and a € 3 bn Pan-European debt platform in partnership with one of the leading European banks.
Prior to that, from 2008 to 2017 he worked as Head of Southern Europe for AMP Capital where he led and/or participated in a number of landmark transactions including - among other- CLH, Angel Trains, Alpha Trains, Newcastle Airport, Great Gabbard OFTO, Cyclone Wind Farm and Axion, for an aggregate value through transactions in excess of $5 billion provided by equity and debt solutions.
Throughout his career Francesco led the effort to establish strong relations with institutional partners and at Government level with the key stakeholders in the industry.
Educated at the University of Venice (Italy), Francesco holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Commerce.

As General Manager for Italy, Alessandro has overall responsibility for origination and project development in Italy. He has 20 years of management experience in the renewable energy sector and a track record of over 1GW of projects developed, financed and interconnected in Europe, Asia, Middle East, Australia and Africa.
Prior to joining Enfinity, from 2015 to 2018, he worked as an independent advisor for various clients among which Gildemeister Energy Solutions GMBH, overseeing the legal, strategic, financial and commercial facets of implementing cutting-edge renewable energy solutions throughout the world. In addition, he led the greenfield development of a portfolio of over 200MW of solar PV in Italy.
From 2013 to 2015 Alessandro worked as General Manager Europe for SunEdison, Inc. when he developed the brand to become a recognized market leader with more than 500 MW interconnected only in the UK, where his achievements in public relations and lobbying were instrumental in the adoption of significant industry regulations.
From 2008 to 2013, he was EMEA Legal Counsel for SunEdison, where he managed strategic and financial advisory assignments and carried out a range of M&A transactions involving valuation, due diligence and contract negotiation.
Prior to joining SunEdison, from 2007 to 2008, he worked as Director of the Legal Department at Conergy in Italy. His in-depth knowledge of industry regulations and success in building partner relationships served to drive innovative Greenfield projects in the renewable energy market in Italy.
Alessandro used to work a qualified lawyer in Italy and holds a Law Degree from the University of Milan.
